Partly this reads like a troll, but assuming this is genuine, this is how I read your "question" below (and obviously I could be wrong):

I never had to do that to build a house and it is pissing me off..." Your right, you don't need to use DTOs/VOs to build a house. If you only need/want to keep building houses don't use them.
