Cool, same exact error I'm getting, thanks for testing!

Well, instead of heading to bed, I installed the flex1 source files ;-)

With Flash 8, no dice. Keeps returning an error. Something about the swc
being *corrupt* when I tried to view the mxml file (in the
browser). And can't run it from within flex builder.
Then I recreated the swc with Flash 7. Works, but gives a warning about
incompatible version (mx.core.UIComponent).
Nothing to worry about really.

So, as far as I can tell, F8 is doing something wrong. This was a quick test
though, so don't take my word on that.

Also, when exporting the swc in F7, I renamed the default /mx class
directory, to make sure it was compiling the flex classes, not
the flash classes (yeah I'm paranoid).

Try again with F7 I'd say.

regards,
Muzak
