View Helper was one of the Core J2EE Patterns, that would most usually
have been implemented as a custom-tag in JSP.

It's nothing magical, just a pattern to be aware you can refactor
towards.  Sometimes patterns make the simple sound magical.  But the
View Helper ain't that.  It's simple.
