very good question, something i was wondering about last night. To be honest i dont know the best course of action, you could of course just load the swf if you dont need to integrate it at the code level ..well, of course being flash you can still load a swf and call methods etc, but i mean integration support via the IDE so its more like using a jar file or similar.
Hopefully when the beta drops there will be a more obvious route to combining projects.
