Well, from a developer's perspective... I'm seeing so many requests for Flex projects, we're picking & choosing which ones to make proposals for.   That being said, it seems we're seeing 1-2 project or job postings on this board every week.   I guess I'm trying to say that most companies are very excited about RIA's, and that most concerns are easily addressed...
