I'll add to this question. :-) Since many Flex apps are considered RIA, which means they are pulling data over some kind of web services, is there a standard practice for making sure your content can be searched and linked from Search engines and other sites?
For an example, imagine a message board or blog that was completely contained within a Flex app. How would google index that, and link in?
