What URL are you using? That firmware is not on the downloads page.

But, when I try to run PSDE (1.19.3 svn 3524) it hangs a few seconds into initialization. My Flex driver is version 3.5.0.71.71, PAL version is same. I am running this under W7x64 - I am running the firmware install as administrator - all the right stuff as far as I can tell. I can use the Flex Driver to reload 2.0.0.4 and all works fine - that was a big relief! Anyone else seen this behavior? Any suggestions?
