That is not the same situation.  Your VFO frequency is inside the band.
That works ok here also.  

The issue arises from trying to run RTTY near the top end of 30m.  If you
are in DIGL mode (which is normal for RTTY), the TX tones are about 2.2 kHz
below the VFO frequency.   If you want to transmit within the top 2 kHz of
the band, your VFO must be set above 10.150 MHz, which is outside the band.
Last November, Eric made some modifications to PowerSDR & to the firmware to
allow this situation.  The software should now allow transmit based on the
VFO setting plus the TX filter frequency range, even if the VFO frequency is
outside the band.
