DSP stands for digital signal processing.  Included in "processing" is also
"generation".  The DSP algorithms are essential to the operation of all
aspects of the radio & are used to generate the CW signal.  Therefore, you
cannot have zero DSP buffers.

However, to minimize latency for CW, you can reduce the number of transmit
DSP buffers for CW to a lower number.  I use 512.
