I was recording another stations audio as a test and then tried to play it
back. I didn't want to transmit so I did not turn the MOX button on. I just
wanted to listen to it locally.

The problem is... that after I play any post-processed audio, it creates
havoc with the Panadapter display. Afterwards the display is centered 9 KHz
below my tuned freq and all received signals are mirrored symmetrically on
both sides of center.

I take it you are not having any problem with your setup using v2.0.19 RC1
and it works ok as you describe(?).

I am wondering, is anyone else having this problem with the new beta release
of PSDR????

I captured jpegs but I don't know if this reflector allows attachments. I'll
hold them unless someone asks to see them.

If you just want a quick record/play, click the MOX, click the white RECORD 
button, then speak.  To playback, click MOX, then click the PLAYBACK arrow. 
If you don't want it to go over the air, turn drive to zero.
