The simplest way to rack mount an non-rack item is to use a rack shelf.  The
other option is to make up a special plate to fit the 5000 and then drill
holes into the 5000, or use a clamp system.  I'd just use a rack shelf to
keep it simple.

Here is a link to a company called Parts Express that carries several brands
of rack shelves.  The units from Middle Atlantic are going to be the best
quality and heaviest gauge, albeit more expensive generally.  Sliding rack
shelves have the advantage of being able to slide out the component, but
they are a bit taller, which wouldn't be a big deal for racking a 5000.
