Well, you're welcome to unzip the full release, add the files from the
fwsync and flexwikipad zips, and then zip it back up again. But we have no
plans to include either of those two tools in the web full release. It's not
a bad idea, though - maybe I'll do it at some point in the future.

Correct. When you do a "fwsync commit" against a web wiki, the changes you
make go into history along with whatever changes are made via the web page -
it's no different. So if the namespace is stored in SQL Server, your fwsync
commits will also be stored there.
