OK, I was able to find the source of the error. Apparently the web service
never got all the way updated during the move to 2.0: again, nice catch.
An easy workaround for this problem is to ensure that you access the web app
right before you use the web service via fwsync. Even just viewing the
HomePage is enough.
I'm going to fix this problem, but it might take a few days to get it right.

for the wiki that doesn't have the shared authentication yet, i've gotten
