Rename is actually a very useful feature for us, our users love the feature.
So +1 for keeping it around. As for the namespace qualification in borders, we solved that here in WikiTalk by putting the namespace in () in a smaller font, but only if it is not in the same namespace as you are in now. Sort a cue to the user that he is changing to a different area of the wiki (which for us typically means he is looking at a different project). -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Craig Andera Sent: Thursday, June 21, 2007 12:21 PM To: 'FlexWiki Users Mailing List' Subject: Re: [Flexwiki-users] Some questions about FlexWiki in General > 2. If it were entirely up to me, I'd just remove that stupid feature. But instead I'll fix it sometime soon. :) > 6. In that case, the namespace is extra, useless information and it's actually less confusing to omit it. Also, the longer the names get in the border, the more it eats the screen real-estate. This is a real problem, although addressable via wikitalk. But in your case, would it be better if we used namespace-qualified names everywhere? ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take control of your XML.
