Actually, I have no idea where it would be. It's not part of the install
package, there's no SQL script I can find to set it up, and I don't know
where the instructions are to handle such a thing...

Re: storing in SQL Server. The default namespaces are file-based, but the
Admin setup panel defaults to SQL server and that's when things crash...

FlexWikiSqlStore is the SQL Server database holding the content of at least
one of your namespaces. Apparently, NETWORK SERVICE has not been granted
permission to access this database.

ASPNETDB.MDF is the file that SQL Server is storing at least one database
in. No idea if it's the FlexWikiSqlStore database or not. 

One thing I should ask: have you set up FlexWiki to store a database in SQL
Server? Because I think a build script error means at least one of the
recent builds (52 and/or 53) ships with a flexwiki.config file that
erroneously lists a SQL-stored namespace. So if you're not trying to store
one of *your* namespaces in SQL Server, that could be the problem.
