OK, I checked it in under trunk/tools/WebTestConsole. It's a pretty simple tool, but it's been reasonably handy. I put a readme in with the tool that should explain it pretty well, but obviously if you have any questions ask here. I personally find that Excel is an awesome analysis tool, hence the fact that the tool emits CSV files. I've got some more perf results from this weekend, but I need to spend some time going over them. Unsurprisingly, there are some puzzles in there.
