Here's a thought, what if submitting an empty topic meant "delete this topic" (as opposed to the hidden "delete" magic topic text)?

After simply ensuring that it doesn't toss, the 2.0 behavior is going back to the edit page with no indication what has just happened or why? Are empty Topics allowed?
