I now have about 150 topics in the wiki. I added DarrenSQLIS and
AnnoyingThingsAboutWiki.

2.0.0.137 with Craig's optomization runs faster than 2.0.0.129 as expected
AnnoyingThingsAboutWiki.html was 500ms faster
DarrenSQLIS was 1000ms faster

This is in line with the fact that DarrenSQLIS has the sort routine twice.

Now we need to know if how the number of wiki topics affects the
savings. Is it linear where 300 topics saves us 1000ms per sort and
600 topics saves 2000ms, or non-linear (which is my real expectation)
where 300 topics saves 2000ms and 600 topics is reduced by 10000ms?
