Generally the responses should be trimmed so that there is enough context.
If the chain is going to be short then it is not too important. Some chains
take on a life of their own though...
NETWORK SERVICE is a built-in security principal that is not listed in the
Local Security Users. You can just add "NETWORK SERVICE" as a user in the
add security dialog, or if you are uncomfortable with that then use the
Advanced button and press Find, which will give you a complete list of _all_
the users on your server.
