A sensory disconnect between the visual cues and the autokinetic feel of our bodies and fluid motion (or lack of) in the semi-circular canals. Even motion based simulators have a difficult time trying to mimic the actual forces and fluid motions induced by the actual accelerations experienced in flight I can see the headlines now.
