What I meant is to only keep $FG_ROOT/Clouds3D/large.sky and
$FG_ROOT/Clouds3D/field56.cld

Yes, it looks like that should work. Just need to be sure to make the change
in both places. the base package and the file.

For now, I believe the "large.sky" file has to be in $FG_ROOT/ and the file
path in "large.sky" can be /Clouds3D/field56.cld. I guess we can live with a
single set of clouds for now, but it might make sense to keep the other
files and provide an option to select the loadable file.
