I did a google on autotrim+autopilot and came up with the manual for the S-Tec
Sys 55. It has an optional "auottrim" servo that even comes with a switch to
manually turn the wheel via the motor. They support just about all the
popular GA aircraft. Of course this is an add on, and doesn't indicate
whether or not anything like this is widely used in some of the heavier
singles or light twins or supported by other popular GA autopilot systems.

Best,

Jim
