Did you see http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=5303 ? The diagrams usually use the convention 1pixel = 1meter. It is accurate at least for height but the quality may vary greatly Another source of photo is on http://www.skyscrapers.com although you are not allowed to store them, I use them to check if the diagrams are good. I sometimes rescale them horizontally. My last source is terraserver.com where you can find aerial photos. > BTW.
