The runway/taxiway definition file defines if the surface type is asphalt or concrete. If the file has the wrong surface type, I urge you to send corrections to Robin Peel so they can get fixed in the next scenery build.
Oh Ok Curt I was under the mistaken impression the latest scenery files were FG made. I will give Robin a Buzz and see what can be done.
