I would recommend using even smaller sized textures if you can. A long time ago, someone recommended that we decide on a texture budget for things like scenery vs. instrument panel vs. sky vs. dynamic models, etc. That sounded pretty hard to do so we never did. Right now we just yell at people (semi-randomly) who we think might be using up too much texture RAM. :-) > Is each model unit equal to one meter in FG? Yup.
