The clouds are fixed in space and relative to each other. They are loaded as
noted above. The files were generated with a seperate program created by
Mark Harris as part of his research and dissertation. (google on Mark Harris
or www.cs.unc.edu/~harrism/).

You'll also find links to other on-going research in cloud building and
rendering that may spawn some ideas on creating customized clouds.
Creating a cloud universe based on meterological data would be the
penultimate feature and not a trivial pursuit.
