Use the short form name for the accepted 'best' aircraft (currently jsbsim for the c172, yasim for the 747 if an alpha jsbsim 747 were to show up) and add an extension for the other. Given that Curt is for trimming the size of the official release, there shouldn't be too many duplicates showing up (although I think having one plane such as the c172 with all fdms represented is good for comparision).
