The current JSBSim cvs FGPropulsion.cpp file with the 'hangar' patch just
works as drop in replacement with the JSBSim version in FlightGear.
Reviewed and tested.
I think it is not a problem to include this patch.
According to the prevous discussions the patch goes in the right direction
and we can start a hangar.
So, I would think the patch should be included in the upcomming release.
