Hi Curt Here is YMML(Melbourne Victoria Australia). This has taxiways and runways raised. I have other ones of just raised runways but due to size limitations I can not post them here.If you want I can bundle them up in a zip file if that would help.

One thin I have been thinking of causing problems might be the lack of taxiways for certain airports. What happen when (the correct) taxiways are added is that the airports area gets extended which (in the end) may cause the flattened surface to touch the right portions of the surrounding surface eliminating any sudden terrain changes.
Anyway, that's my thought.
