Melchior pointed me at a font editor (http://fontforge.sf.net) that can read .pcf files, so I've thrown together a set of bitmaps based on the X11 cursor font and checked them in. This basically makes the SDL port complete, even if the cursors aren't as pretty as I was initially intending (they aren't any uglier than they are now, though). I'd appreciate it if folks, especially those on non-linux platforms, would give it a whirl and see what they think. Is SDL something we want to commit to?
