FWIW, J,K = 0.1 degrees Shift+J, K = 3 degrees Ctrl+Shift+J, K = 0.01 degrees R, D, F, C move objects 0.5 meters, or 10 meters with shift down. Holding Shift whilst dragging a taxiway with the mouse constrains it to move in it's longitudional axis only.
