Now the tools will need to check for duplicates a notoriously
tricky thing todo with GeoSpatial data.
As I see it all the taxiways will be available in the new format when
the new designator number is found. So it's not that hard after all.
An alternative would be to create a conversion utility that converts all
taxiways from the old to the new format. But that requires X-Plane to
immediately support the new format.
