If you want to put the pictures under a licence that allows copying you should put that somewhere (e.g. on a wrapper page). If you do nothing you are not automatically allowing the redistribution of the pictures. Just think a bit different about that topic: You've put a picture of your wedding on your homepage. When you put no extra redistribution information there noone is allowed to redistribute the image (as everyone of us is expecting). Just because it's a screenshot it doesn't make a difference. Without (1) you can't make the screenshot. *BUT* a non trivial screenshot is also (2). It contains artistic work to arange everything so that the screenshot looks like what the artist has intended.
