I don't agree with the layout. - has no reset buttons. One should be able to quickly reset to normal rate, and not have to press the [-] as often as on has pressed the [+] button. That was bad on the keyboard, but it's unacceptable on a dialog. - unclear wording: "Environment Rate: [+][-]" What is an environment rate? :-) - makes dialog too wide (and thus breaks the column concept) I think the descriptions should be above the buttons. That doesn't mean that I reject the submission. I might try some improvements myself, but this may take a while.
