As said in the other email: I didn't criticize "Environment Rate" to favor "Time Warp". Both might be unclear. There's no problem with making the dialog wider. It just shouldn't become wider for no good reason. The time-of-day button column makes sense and is narrow. The left column was as narrow and had still room.
