Still snowing in the cockpit though, and I'm not sure that the
precipitation's origin moves enough in response to ac speed. I like the way
the rain turns to snow at altitude, and the reaction to cloud layer.

A good version 2, I would recommend its inclusion in CVS. Thanks Nicklas,
