Developers,
I have a request for two new view functions.
"look at the ground view"
Pick a spot on the ground and the view would always look at that spot.
This would be helpful for flying the pattern. Select the end of the runway as a
"look at spot" when flying the pattern. Or rescue mission, or water bombing
runs, ect..
And a "look at other aircraft" view. This would be a nice addition to
FlightGear Multiplayer. Good for formation flying, following another aircraft
in the pattern, refueling, ect...
