So far it's just a parser. As far as I can tell there's no plan how the
Scenery is supposed to be set up, for example, in order to draw the
taxiway lines on top of the tarmac - which is one among other reasons
why the Scenery toolchain currently doesn't support the v8.50+ Apt.Dat
formats.
The other reason is the lack of developer manpower,
