It's unclear to me wether you mean adding the above line into the respective .stg-file in the "Terrain/" folder or into "Objects/" ? If you propose to add it into the "Objects/" folder, which is how I understand your idea, then the procedure to create the "Objects/" directory structure would be required to know wether there's a terrain tile or not - a dependency which I'd recommend not to introduce.
