If you go to the menu item Debug > Monitor System Performance you will see
which sub-modules run at main frame rate and those which run at 2 x main
frame rate.

Items can be made to run at greater than main frame rate, but not at less,
easily, and I guess more sub-modules could be added to the 2x list with more
effort.
