I saw that Flightgear is only translated into eight languages, and am planning to upload the translation files to Launchpad to allow translators to translate them into other languages. I will have to manually convert the XML files into PO/POT files for Launchpad to use and will convert them back into XML. The translations will be released under a BSD license, so (from what I understand) it's at least partially compatible with GPL. Do I have permission to upload the translations to Launchpad to allow other translators to work on them?
