Hello,
I just notice an issue with terrain elevation which could explain:
we can't land on any building or platforms with helicopter or STOL
Aircraft.
Nasal geod info tool
==>var info = geodinfo(lat, lon);
setprop("/environment/terrain-hight",info[0]);<==
With it we may get the real terrain elevation which is right regarding any
object on scenery when we are flying over.
However /positions/ ground-elev-m value which is exposed within the
internal property gives the terrain elevation from the basic scenery , it
does ignore any objects, which are situated at the place we are flying over.
We could notice some change ( simgear git log --before 2013-02-25 --after
2013-02-24 )
Before 2013-02-25 objects on terrain were correctly identified with
/positions/ ground-elev-m.
That is strange.
Thank
Ahmad
