On my system, at least, yes. Load scenery w100n30, and then take off
from airport-id=KSTL with the aircraft=a4-yasim, and you'll have the problem
for sure, probably before you can leave the ground the first time.
I gather from the info others have supplied that you just have to be
rolling on
the ground when you hit a certain spot on the runway, and bang! It
looks like
yasim is required for the problem to show up, too.
