OK, possible, on those particular trys.  But, it also does the same, 
while youre
still rolling along with all 3 gear flat on the ground.  I switched 
airport, to
KSUS, and had none of these problems.

Yes, reporting the hit, and maybe vertical velocity would be useful to 
know how
bad you did!
