The pilot's notes give a number of key mappings but don't say how to
start. By trial and error I have found that from a stationery engine:
1. Press C (case is important)
2. Press space bar until the prop is rotating as a blur
3. Press { and the engine will spark into life.
If that is correct then maybe it could be added to the pilot's notes for the
Spitfire?
