Note that the textures were lost. AC3D couldn't load the original BMP textures because they are not 24 bit.
Yes I have not found a way to pass the textures across.Also I would think
that when you rebuild the surfaces into new objects you need to remap them.
But you should be able to convert the textures from the MSFS model and then
map them onto the AC3D model.
When you create new objects do you do the optimize vertices,surfaces on them?.
