Hi,
I'm trying to teach myself long-distance flying and navigation through
the use of VORs and NDBs. Currently the main objective is to find the
destination airport with the help of radio instruments. Since VORs have
a limited range of founder easiest thing to do is to follow a NDB beacon
until I get close enough to a VOR near the airport. I hope I assume
correctly in that the NDB is used by the ADF?
So the question is, is there an ADF in the 737 and if so where is it
located?
