The instrument panel in FlightGear's 737 is more like a 737 NG panel, with side-by-side CRT's. I don't know if the NG panels have the same stuff we do, but here's how it works with the 300/500. The ADF display shows on the RDMI (when the VOR/ADF switch is set to ADF), and also on the EHSI, where it is drawn as a green arrow which scoots around the outer circumference of the compass "card".
