At the risk of being accused of blatant self-promotion ;-) the easiest way to 
read off lat/lons for a circuit close to the airport is probably to download 
TaxiDraw (http://taxidraw.sf.net), load up the required airport, and read them 
off from there.  Downloading the USGS images might also aid fixing the 
turnpoint locations.
