Hi Dave,
thank you for this very nice aircraft.
Did a long flight. Now I can tell I like it very much
1. it is "a no-brainer". Right for me :-)
2. it is one of the "prototypes" of a jet aircraft I remember I had as a
little plastic toy when I was young (the other was a Sabre like aircraft).
3. the instrument lightning - new feature? I did not see this "step for
step" increasing lightning until now in a FG aircraft. Nice!
4. the help. Gives me at least 2 numbers. Would be nice to have also
some other as a like to fly different a/c and I have a bad memory.
So with the help I can check the numbers before take-off and landing
(Ok, FG does not complain if I take the gear out at 300 knts and set
flaps at high speeds. But it is not the way I want to treat the a/c)
5. Nice outside and inside 3d

The exterior model was originally done by Massimo Taccoli, who has done
several very nice models for MSFS, and has given me permission to convert it
for use in FlightGear and release the resulting model under GPL. The FDM is
JSBSim, based on Aero-Matic output with a couple tweaks. It runs here in CVS
FlightGear, and should run in 0.9.8 and later?
It's a no-brainer to fly. Engine is running at startup, and flaps are set at
half (takeoff position). Check out the gunsight (you have to turn it on by
clicking on the on/off switch). It has auto-depression for g-load.
Thanks,
Dave
